Krystal brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience in all things baby, from sleep and behaviour to nutrition, feeding, and eating patterns. With nearly two decades of experience as a pediatric nurse, she understands how interconnected it all is and looks at the bigger picture rather than treating sleep in isolation.

She shared little tips and tricks that were simple to implement but made a difference — things we never would have thought of ourselves (and things Google never would have told us!).

She was knowledgeable and guided us, but took time to get to know us, our baby, and our family’s values. The plan she created was tailored, never cookie-cutter — with the flexibility we wanted.
